The menu of this rooftop restaurant is dedicated to Japanese-Peruvian cuisine, combining the mellowness, crunchiness, rawness and acidity of carefully sourced products that are rarely found in Europe. The dishes created by a sushi master are served as they are prepared in live cooking mode. A splendid place to be at nightfall.
A menu that perfectly complements that of our two Michelin-starred restaurant La Voile where Eric Canino showcases Mediterranean flavors with a blend of talent and enthusiasm.
