MODIFICATION AND CANCELLATION CONDITIONS

If you wish to cancel or postpone your appointment, please contact us at least 24 hours in advance, to avoid being billed.

SPECIFIC ACCESS CONDITIONS

Access to the service is not authorized to minors under the age of 16. Minors under the age of 18 must be accompanied by an adult.

Mothers-to-be from the 4th month of pregnancy are accepted. Please let us know when you book your appointment so that we can offer you the right treatment. Many treatments are prohibited during pregnancy.

DELAYS

The duration of the service indicated corresponds to your treatment time at the Spa. To make the most of your experience, we ask you to keep to your appointment times. In the event of a delay, we will do our best to offer you the same service if our schedule allows. However, if this is not possible, the service will have to be shortened by the same amount, so as not to delay all subsequent appointments. The price of the service shortened as a result of the delay will remain unchanged.
