MARCH 2025
Enriching a holistic
vision of wellness
As La Réserve Ramatuelle prepares to reopen on 5 May 2025, its Spa Nescens is consolidating its status as a cutting-edge wellness destination with new equipment and exclusive treatments. These innovations further develop Nescens’ holistic vision of Better-Aging by meeting targeted objectives, whether to reduce stress or boost energy. Other results can also be obtained in terms of athletic performance, trimming and toning, sleep quality and balance.
Contrast Therapy
Designed for athletes, the “Contrast Therapy” concept combines an infrared sauna session with an ice bath to optimize recovery, improve well-being and stimulate positive energy. The thermal shock between hot and cold provides multiple benefits after an exercise session. By activating the production of hormones such as serotonin and dopamine, “Contrast Therapy” boosts blood circulation, reduces inflammation and strengthens the mindset. This active recovery method is at its most effective in the 30 to 60 minutes following strenuous exercise.
Fitness Studio
Spa Nescens at La Réserve Ramatuelle is expanding with the creation of a Fitness Studio for La Réserve Spa Club members and guests of the establishment. This bright room overlooking the spa pool will now host personal training sessions as well as Pilates Reformer classes, thereby offering real added value for clients who will thus enjoy more comfort and privacy. These two innovations at Spa Nescens aim to optimize the effectiveness of each training program and complement the Better-Aging programs.
Better-Aging programs
Focusing on Nescens expertise to help people remain on top form for as long as possible, Better-Aging stays at Spa Nescens at La Réserve Ramatuelle unite the finest forms of expertise dedicated to long-term optimization of well-being and health capital: exercise, cutting-edge treatments and well-balanced nutrition.
