The 2026 menu at Bar L’Oliviera unveils new and exclusive creations, the result of ten years of passionate work by Head Bartender Steve Lepage and his dedicated team, true alchemists of flavor and masters of the shaker.
At the heart of its identity lies a highly artisanal approach, built on complete mastery of ingredients. A large proportion of the liqueurs, syrups and spirits are produced on-site using advanced techniques such as vacuum distillation. This process allows the bar to create distinctive aromatic signatures and unique creations.
Together with Joey Tesar and Nicolas Gallet, Steve Lepage designs cocktails inspired by both Provence and international influences. Summer highlights include Greek on the Top, inspired by the flavors of a Greek salad, Twister, a reinterpretation of the Dirty Martini, as well as creative mocktails such as Eden Garden. The offering also includes refreshing drinks and healthy recipes served throughout the day.
